SHIPPING INFO

Free shipping for orders in the United States and $10 for international orders. Rukru Ships all orders using the United States Postal Service. Orders in the United States can take anywhere from 1-10 business days to be delivered after it has been shipped. International delivery times vary so we cannot estimate a specific time period. We try to work fast and will get your shipment out within 2 business days of placing your order. If you place an order using an e-check, we sill ship the order within 2 business days of the e-check clearing. This can take anywhere from 2-3 days in the United States and upwards of 10 days for International orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We WILL NOT refund items purchased through our online store on www.rukru.com however, we will exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Returned products must be in as-new condition. Items must have all tags and labels that where attached to the products and be in perfect condition the way the were when sent to you. This means the product must be unwashed, unworn and unused.

TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

If you would like to exchange a product, please email us at info@rukru.com with your name, order number, reason for exchanging, and the product you would like to exchange for. We will contact you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with instructions on how to complete your exchange. Do NOT send your product before you have emailed us with this information.
